Sometimes when you submit a claim, we may ask you for more info. Now you can send your claim responses online.

Just go to contact us and select the topic Upload document – claim response. Previously, you could only submit a claim on GroupNet if it was less than 6-months-old. Next time you make a claim, try our new a smart-search option. Just type in the search field what your claim is for, and it will determine where the claim belongs. For example, if you type “massage”, you’ll be shown the massage therapy category under your health benefits.
