Bylaw items to be presented – notification at September 2023 GMM
- As per National we are to include into our bylaws the acknowledgement of the Indigenous nations in Section 4 (E)
- As per National we are to delete the old wording (which was left in error when the 2021 bylaws were updated) and leave the new wording approved by the members for the appointment of the Returning Officer – Section 10 (B)
- Retirement Gift Section 17 in our current bylaws Article B4.4
- Parking be included with approved travel for Union education/conferences/conventions Section 17
