Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We are quickly approaching the election for the positions of Secretary Treasurer and Recording Secretary. As a reminder, the election will be held on Saturday, January 29th 9am-4pm and will be facilitated through the Simply Voting platform.
In order to be eligible to vote in this election, you must be a Member in Good Standing. If you haven’t completed your Member in Good Standing Form, please do so by the deadline of 4:00 p.m. on January 14, 2022. The application form is located on the CUPE 218 website. If you have any questions regarding the form, please reach out to the local office or email john.quarrie@cupe218.ca.
On the day of the election, Members in Good Standing will receive a communication via their CUPE 218 email address. The communication will provide instructions on how to vote through the email or phone option.
