The CUPE Ontario Racial Justice Committee and EPIC Carnival are proud to present Togetherness: An Online & In-Person Carnival Celebration.

Taking place JULY 24, this hybrid event will feature a live stream of socially distanced backyard parties and DJs from across Ontario.

We have an incredible lineup of performers, pannists, music, costumes, contests, history and more.

This will be a Carnival to remember.

In anticipation of the July 24th celebration, we’re hosting a special webinar presentation on JULY 13  about the history and meaning of Carnival.

We will discuss how Carnival is organized and funded, regional variations, the story of EPIC Carnival, and our plans for the CUPE-EPIC Carnival parade on July 24.

The presentation will feature guests from CUPE Ontario, EPIC Carnival, and the wider community such as:
