We wanted to let you know that Durham Region Public Health has confirmed a Covid positive case at Pierre Elliott Trudeau P.S. & Fairy Glen Before and After School Program within the school today. The Public Health Nurse has been in communication with the Principal and the Childcare Provider this morning.
The student attended school and the before/after school program during period of communicability. The impacted class of 24 students and the 16 student’s from the Before and After School Program have been notified and will be isolating for 14 day. A mobile testing site has been scheduled for 9:00-10:00am this Tuesday, at the school.
